Accommodations

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place in the Great Hall, which is within the Inn building itself. The Inn has twelve guest rooms that will be occupied by the wedding party.

The Grand Boutique Hotel is the main hotel on the property and is just a short walk across the parking lot from the Great Hall. Click the button below (discount code automagically applied) to book a room with our discounted rate, or use the group code 1013LL to apply our wedding rate.

Heads up: While we have a discount code for the Grand, we don't have a reserved block of rooms. The rooms are also going fast—there are no standard double-bed rooms left. If you're interested in staying at the Grand, we recommend booking as soon as you can.

We expect that most people will arrive on Saturday, stay on Saturday night, then leave Sunday. You're also welcome to arrive Friday and stay two nights—feel free to come to the welcome reception if you're arriving in time!

The Grand has a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM, but you can call and request early check-in or late check-out.

Getting There

Flying

The easiest way to get to the venue is by flying into Boston Logan Int'l Airport (BOS) and driving up to Bedford, NH, about an hour north. Logan has easy car rentals, but let us know if you're interested in carpooling with another guest—we're happy to coordinate!

The closest airport to the Bedford Village Inn is technically Manchester-Boston Regional (MHT). It's about 15 minutes away, but there will be fewer flight options, and those options will likely be more expensive.

Driving

The Bedford Village Inn is about an hour north of Boston or about half an hour west of Portsmouth, NH by car. There might be a bit of traffic leaving Boston on Friday evening. We recommend using Google Maps to find the best route for you.

Things to Do

If you have free time and you're looking for something to do in Bedford (or Manchester right next door), here are some fun activities to check out:

• Lighthouse Local has amazing donuts, cookies, pastries (and some real food, too)! This is where the wedding dessert will be coming from.
• Eat breakfast or brunch at Tucker's (no relation).
• Check out the Currier Museum of Art, which houses a mix of historical and contemporary art exhibits.
• Visit the Millyard Museum, a museum built by the Manchester Historic Association in an old mill building, that exhibits Manchester's past.
• The Bedford Village Inn also has a spa and a little boutique store that you can explore!
